Job Description
Duration : One year contract (Possible Extension)
- Experienced and capable audio visual contract support technician for the Research and Development (R&D) scientific areas.
- Provide application support for both Audio Visual and teleconference systems utilized by Zoetis Research and Development staff.
- This requires in-depth experience in Enterprise Audio / Video systems and the ability to provide support and resolution for these systems quickly.
- Also, provide support to all levels of customers including senior executives.
- Build strong relationships with users to track, understand and resolve their technical issues.
- Be willing to take ownership of user issues, monitor progress and keep users informed until resolution occurs.
- Understand Service Support activities (Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management).
