As the representative of Client, your primary responsibility is to conduct exceptional enrollment events that set Client apart from our competitors. In this client-facing position, you will educate customers about Client s products, services, and programs through various methods, including formal presentations, benefit fairs, and health fairs, etc. Your goal is to create a highly satisfying and positive customer experience, demonstrating knowledge, competence, and professionalism.

Required Responsibilities:
- Have and maintain an active Life and Health Insurance License
- Have experience explaining and presenting employer-sponsored benefits and health insurance
- Willing to work on an as-needed basis (including occasional last-minute requests)
- Must be available during peak season (August-December)
- Must be comfortable speaking to large groups as well as with individuals
- Successfully introduce and educate Client benefit programs to all potential and existing customers
- Troubleshoot any enrollment or benefit questions and/or concerns
- Will need to be willing to travel within the geographic market to cover events
- Must have reliable transportation
- Will be expected to charge expenses for travel (car rental, air, hotel, etc) and will be reimbursed for those expenses
- Must have access to email, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and cell phone
- Must live local to the geographic area
Skills/Requirements:
Knowledge of employee benefits including group (employer-sponsored) health, dental, pharmacy, vision, supplemental health insurance, and related services. Benefits paid by employer, employee, or both.- Knowledge of local market nuances (providers, networks, competitors) preferred
- Bilingual capabilities (preferred) UNLESS REQUIRED
- Strong Presentation and PowerPoint skills, virtual and in-person
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Strong organizational skills
- Tech savvy (Webex, Zoom, Skype, and other various platforms)
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Life and Health License required
