What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Test Technician II position at Integrated Resources, Inc?
1. Performs formal Verification and Validation activities using high precision equipment and data collection software tools
2. Compiles and records test data according to requirements of Quality Management System, as trained.
3. Enters defects and verification information into defect tracking tool.
4. Performs investigatory testing to support Test and R&D projects.
5. Performs maintenance checks of laboratory and equipment.
6. Performs assigned housekeeping tasks and maintains the laboratory environment with high integrity.
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer experience required.
Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
A sequential thought process and a willingness to meticulously follow multi-step, complex instructions and
execute hands-on process steps while paying close attention to the product operation.
Ability to read, understand and carefully follow test protocols and safety procedures.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to objectively capture and record data.
A positive attitude with the desire to learn and apply new skills to develop in the role.
The ability to work independently.

" Potential for assignment extension, or conversion to FTE: Yes there's possibility but will be based on performance and business needs.
" Work Schedule: 9am-5pm; Monday-Friday (there is the option to be flexible and offset hours earlier or later, example 8-4)
" What would be the primary duties for this position: The person will be responsible to performing verification testing using high precision equipment (balances, pressure gauges), following protocol instructions. The person will have a role in helping maintaining a clean and organized lab.
" Technical and soft skills required for this position: Ability to follow written protocol directions (attention to detail). The person will be able to use excel and word to help organize data, so it is presentable to engineers.
" Top 3 skills you would like to see in a candidate s resume: 1) Attention to detail 2) experience working in a lab 3) Writing / Excel skills (Basic proficiency. Someone who can compile data in Excel and can present them in tables)
" Preference on previous work experience s industry: Medical Device (preferred not required) or work in laboratory environment (3 years of experience)
" Education background requirement: High School Diploma, 3-years work experience
