Job Responsibilities
- Provides Splunk technical and infrastructure consulting services to clients – specifically in the areas of Dishoarding best practices, visualization and backend queries.
- Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager.
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients.
- Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize the client’s implementation methodology.
- Enable and coach clients to support their Splunk deployments.
