Lead Product Manager, Data & Analytics

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Individual will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our data-driven product initiatives across Client. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced leader with deep knowledge of healthcare data systems, analytics platforms, and the healthcare industry's unique challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data, engineering, clinical stakeholders, and business leaders, to build innovative analytical solutions that leverage data to drive impactful outcomes for Client.

Responsibilities will include :

• Partner closely with business and product leaders to define the vision and roadmap for data products that enhance clinical, operational and financial outcomes
• Work with business leaders across Client to prioritize investments in high impact data products
• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing product management team
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product and cross-functional teams
• Build a career development path to support the growth of the product management team
• Establish best practice standards and processes to continue maturing the product management practices at Client
• Stay informed on trends in healthcare technology, data management and analytics. Advocate for and drive adoption of industry trends that will be valuable to Client
• Ensure the product management team can successfully lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch
• Build deep relationships with our business partners and understand the core problems that we can solve for them through leveraging data and analytical tools
• Define and track key product metrics to assess product performance, adoption and impact. Leverage data to drive decisions on product iterations
• Provide operational and product updates on a regular cadence to Data & Analytics team leadership
