What are we hiring for:
Project Manager
Project Manager Position Overview:
- Review and collaborate on Solutions Design documents.
- Use spreadsheets and other standard office applications to record and process sales / operational / financial documentation related to vendors, clients, service providers, and internal customer accounts.
- Receive signed proposals from sales representatives, and work to process all necessary orders and coordinate with services (both internal and service partners) for installation, while maintaining effective client and sales contact and communication throughout the project.
- Ensure each project and service need is managed through to completion and all hand-offs are effectively and efficiently managed.
- Collaborate with all other departments to serve the customer. Will consistently follow-up with clients to ensure complete and total satisfaction with the solutions process.
- Consult with the finance team to assist with customer billing accuracy.
- Participate and conduct meetings internally and with customers virtually and in person.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining methods and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess client accounts and identify opportunities.
- Be a consummate team player, courteous, and attentive internally and with customers.
- Critical thinking
- Being available for direct (phone or other technologies) conversations with on-site technicians and general troubleshooting
- Key eye for detail, with focus on entering key data daily/weekly/monthly of project and service for financial/sales information in database or other software tools
- Exceptionally strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Quality check completed work-orders
- Coordinate with other PMs on the team and through contract agreements (e.g., service providers, general construction, etc.)
- Develop or coordinate the development of any delivery tools (e.g., fobs, drives)
- Effectively and professionally communicate with customers to ensure highest level of satisfaction
- Provide general assistance and support on proposals, contracts, and other related processes
- Notify management and recommend corrective action for any perceived inventory issues or any issue within each project
- Inform other business unit departments and management detailed and summaries on activity areas
- Maintain detailed inter-office mail / email
- Help with general company activities, as needed or when available.
Software engagement:
- Google Suite
- MS Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Oracle NetSuite
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Drug test / background check
- Ability to work at our Nicholasville, KY office complex location
- Able to work 8-5 weekly (Monday-Friday) but understand and prioritize 'after hours' as needed to address a client issue / need as a project determines.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
Top candidate would also possess:
- PMI certification or willingness to pursue PMI certification
- Oracle NetSuite experience
