Project Management
Integrated Security Solutions is actively seeking to hire, within our PMO (Project Management Office):
Position Overview:
- Review and collaborate on Solutions Design documents.
- Use spreadsheets and other standard office applications to record and process sales / operational / financial documentation related to vendors, clients, service providers, and internal customer accounts.
- Receive signed proposals from sales representatives, and work to process all necessary orders and coordinate with services (both internal and service partners) for installation, while maintaining effective client and sales contact and communication throughout the project.
- Ensure each project and service need is managed through to completion and all hand-offs are effectively and efficiently managed.
- Collaborate with all other departments to serve the customer. Will consistently follow-up with clients to ensure complete and total satisfaction with the solutions process.
- Consult with the finance team to ensure customer billing is accurate.
- Participate and conduct meetings internally and with customers virtually and in person.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in establishing and maintaining methods and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess client accounts and identify opportunities.
- Be a consummate team player, courteous, and attentive internally and with customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate (entry-to-advanced-level engagement) delivery/installation services with internal and external service partners, including:
- Coordinate delivery schedules with both logistics providers, internal services team, and service providers
- Coordinate the delivery of parts and supplies to the site in advance of technician arrival
- Monitor delivery schedules
- Critical thinking
- Being available for direct (phone or other technologies) conversations with on-site technicians
- Troubleshooting
- Work verification through various technologies (to ensure job completeness)
- Approvals
- Enter key data daily/weekly/monthly of financial/sales information in database or other software tools
- Quality check completed work-orders
- Coordinate with 3rd party PM’s (e.g., service providers, general construction, etc…)
- Develop or coordinate the development of any delivery tools (e.g., fobs, drives)
- Coordinate the return of equipment, as needed/appropriate
- Coordinate delivery of additional parts or equipment, as needed/appropriate
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure highest level of satisfaction
- Provide general assistance and support on proposals, contracts, and other related processes
- Notify management and recommend corrective action for any perceived inventory issues or any issue within each project
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge
- Maintain inter-office mail / email.
- Help with general company activities, as needed or when available.
Software engagement:
- Google Suite, MS Excel, MS Word, and Oracle NetSuite
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Drug test / background check
- Able to work 8-5 weekly (Monday-Friday), but able to work after hours as needed to address a client issue / need as a project determines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Exceptionally strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers, service providers, suppliers, and fellow company associates over the phone and in person
- Consummate team player, able to interact with other teams to ensure customer and business needs are met
- PMI certification or willingness to pursue PMI certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
