Job Description
ISS is seeking experienced Floor Technicians/ cleaners for an industrial facility in Madison, IN. This role is responsible for daily cleaning to ensure that the facility is neat and presentable to the client. They perform basic tasks on a day-to-day basis throughout the facility.
We are looking for cleaners on 2nd shift.
Schedules: Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm
Payrates: $15-16.00/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing.
- Need to have experience with walking behind auto scrubbers and electric buffers.
- Clean and stock designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities.
- Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects.
- Ability to comfortably lift 50lbs or less.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as required.
- Other tasks/jobs upon request to support cleaning requirements.
- Ability to work independently.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs to building and/or cleaning equipment.
