Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Shifts will be Monday-Friday
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Handle facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a well-kept environment.
- Execute custodial duties including trash removal, surface sanitization, and equipment cleaning.
- Assist with special projects such as residential painting or deep cleaning initiatives.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- A proactive approach towards maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices.
