Key Responsibilities
- Assess and define the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
- Provide and coordinate clinical and social services that build on family and community strengths.
- Carry out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
- Maintain necessary documentation, participate in program evaluation, and attend team meetings.
Requirements
- Meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
- Demonstrate a high degree of cultural awareness.
- Experience working with multi-need individuals and families.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
