Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The Housing Behavioral Health Manager accomplishes ISBH objectives by supervising and supporting a regional team, organizing resources and monitoring work processes. The Manager leads a growing team that assists families and individuals experiencing homelessness, and coordinates closely with Homeless Assistance Program staff. The service area currently includes Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Pickaway, Ross, Vinton and Franklin Counties.

The Manager leads a growing team that assists families and individuals experiencing homelessness, and coordinates closely with Homeless Assistance Program staff. The service area currently includes Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Pickaway, Ross, Vinton and Franklin Counties.
- This is a hybrid position; the majority of the work will be completed remotely, however, some routine travel throughout the growing multi-county region in Central/Southeast Ohio will be required. Overnight travel is not required. *
Essential Functions
- Directly supervises licensed staff, supervisors and other staff as assigned.
- Provides guidance, support and direction for regional team.
- Responsible for implementation of program schedules and budgets.
- Develops and maintains working relationship with partner agencies and community stakeholders in communities served.
- Assigns cases with a focus on acuity of need to prioritize clients for intensity of service.
- Assures team productivity standards and data quality standards are met.
- Reviews and monitors clinical documentation in the electronic health record for appropriateness and compliance.
- Manages human resource issues as directed by the human resource division.Tracks participant demographics and other relevant data.
- Identifies and mitigates health disparities for clients and communities served.
- Integrates experiences of daily routine with data provided by ISBH to supervise staff.
- Provides direct clinical and other behavioral health services as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the Managing Director of Housing Programs.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- 5 years experience working in the behavioral health field required.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
- Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be able to use database and word processing software.
- Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Salary : $75,505 - $90,724
