Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to their needed resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
This position is tasked with engaging communities related to the organization’s mission, as well as cultivating and fostering meaningful long-term relationships with communities, external partners, and other critical stakeholders. The Director, of Community Partnerships will be responsible for supporting and executing community outreach and communication strategies designed to engage external stakeholders and build connections with ISBH team members and the services they provide.
The pay range for this position is $93,850-$115,250 annually based on experience.

Essential Functions:
- Provides operational support for community engagement and partnerships across the organization’s service area.
- Identifies and fosters communications with communities, partners, and stakeholders to better understand the unique strengths and needs of the communities served.
- In collaboration with regional and county leadership and other community leaders, supports the strategy to develop or advance health care opportunities in communities served.
- Establish and nurture high-value relationships with key referral partners, including healthcare and state agencies, schools, churches, and community organizations.
- Collects and analyzes data to support the intentional strengthening and/or expansion of programs across counties served by ISBH.
- Actively engages ISBH teams to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and collaboration opportunities in communities served.
- Assists in program delivery as needed.
- Advances ISBH’s mission through inclusive community engagement activities.
- Attends community events and activities in conjunction with or in lieu of regional or county leadership.
- Fosters a culture of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborates with regional and county leadership and ISBH marketing/communication team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree in a clinical area, communication, public administration, or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Five years of relevant experience, engaging individuals, partners, and stakeholders in building collaborative, client-centered care.
- Persuasive communicator. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in the creation, building, and maintaining of community partnerships and developing a pipeline of potential partnerships.
- Demonstrated understanding of peer service models
- Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
- Ability to manage deadlines within an eclectic workload environment.
- Willingness to be part of a team and work cooperatively with all ISBH staff.
