Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health. Our organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families in need.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. As a Licensed Counselor or Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client strengths and needs through thorough evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client goals and objectives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required; LPC or LSW licensure preferred
• Proven experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
