IS4S is seeking highly skilled and motivated engineers and technicians to support Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), communications, electromagnetic, and high-power microwave system development, testing, and integration. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of advanced hardware systems, contributing to the success of mission-critical applications. Candidates are expected to have experience printed circuit board (PCB) design, analysis, and testing, along with their integration with other system components.

Responsibilities :
- Determine layer stack up, component selection and placement, and routing of analog, digital, RF, and / or high-power signals.
- Design and develop RF and high-speed electronics for sensing, communication, and other equipment.
- Design and develop power electronics and high-voltage systems for military applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, and simulation for new hardware designs, ensuring compliance with military standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Generate detailed hardware specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts for advanced hardware boards.
- Perform prototype testing, troubleshooting, and validation of circuit boards.
- Maintain component and design libraries
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
