Job Description: IS4S is seeking an experienced Senior Defensive Systems Missile ITEAMs Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform all-source missile analysis of interceptors associated with air defense systems. This includes detailed analysis of missile subsystems including propulsion, aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation and integrated RF and EOIR seekers.

Candidate must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Job Description: IS4S is seeking an experienced Senior Defensive Systems Missile ITEAMs Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform all-source missile analysis of interceptors associated with air defense systems. This includes detailed analysis of missile subsystems including propulsion, aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation and integrated RF and EOIR seekers.
Typical activities include:
- Working closely with the customer to understand needs and deliver quality products that accomplish their mission;
- Leading a section of the ITEAMS analysis for a specific subsystem with junior analysts;
- Reviewing and directing staff and subcontractors providing products expected by the customer;
- Preparing quick-look analysis and detailed intelligence-based reports on systems under study;
- Supporting analysis by providing experienced engineering insight in one or more subsystem area.

Required Experience and Skills:
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 13 years of experience
- Experience with understanding of ground-to-air missile systems and subsystems
- Experience supporting the intelligence community on ITEAMS efforts
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Broad technical experience of all missile subsystems and specific SME experience in one or more subsystem areas.
