Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the energetic manufacturing processes with an emphasis on quality assurance and safety. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, problem solving abilities, and a passion for process innovation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the manufacturing processes of energetic materials.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure safety and compliance.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency.
- Lead initiatives that identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members, acting as a technical expert.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process control plans.
- Provide regular reports on project status, process improvements, and engineering performance
