Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time
- Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Help resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions, working closely with stakeholders to find solutions
- Maintain and update supply chain documentation, including tracking orders, invoices, and shipping reports
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
- Provide support in forecasting demand and planning inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Participate in regular meetings with senior supply chain managers to discuss performance, goals, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role (internships or entry-level experience considered)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management practices is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar) is a plus
- Experience with inventory management software and forecasting tools
Security Clearance:
- Eligible for or current security clearance (preferred but not required)
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional travel for supplier or warehouse visits
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high volumes of tasks
