We have an opening for a FT EVS Manager for in a hospital in the Thousand Oaks area.
The EVS Manager provides oversight and supervision of a small Environmental Services staff, including recruitment, orientation/training, staff performance management, development, counseling, disciplining and scheduling. The qualified candidate assigns and directs employees to specific job duties and tasks. The qualified candidate enforces organization and department policies and procedures.
We are looking for a strong manager with a proven track record in department team building, public relations, and customer satisfaction. This is a working manager position with prior hospital housekeeping, floor care and OR cleaning experience required.
The qualified candidate should be organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, punctual and have good people skills. The qualified candidate should demonstrate a positive, encouraging and teamwork attitude.
