ITS is working with a leading Tooling company to find a skilled Die Maker. The ideal candidate will possess experience in fabricating, assembling, and repairing stamping dies for various sheet metal products. As a Die Maker, you will work collaboratively with engineers and machinists to ensure the production of precise and high-quality dies that meet our stringent specifications.

- Die Fabrication & Assembly:
- Manufacture and assemble sheet metal stamping dies, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Perform precision fitting, shaping, and polishing of die components, including punches, dies, and other tools.
- Ensure all components are correctly aligned and operate within tolerance levels.
- Die Maintenance & Repair:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing stamping dies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
- Inspect worn-out or damaged parts and replace or rework as necessary.
- Perform modifications and upgrades to dies for better performance or adaptation to new production requirements.
- Tooling and Blueprint Interpretation:
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications to create accurate die designs and tooling.
- Create and modify tooling and fixtures as needed to support production.
- Use advanced measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in die making, preferably in the sheet metal stamping industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
