Electrical Technician
Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical control problems for manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment/parts.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and optimize maintenance costs.
- Lead the effort to maximize equipment availability and reduce unsafe conditions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- 3 years of experience in an industrial electrical maintenance position with demonstrated experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Proficient in reading blue prints and schematics.
- Strong electrical knowledge (circuit breakers and fixtures).
- High level PLC experience, preferably Allen Bradley.
- Experience in SLC 500, RSlogix 5/500/5000, PLC5, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, and Panelview systems.
- Proficient communication skills - particularly, the ability to explain complex electrical issues.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work, such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting, and bending for extended periods of time.
- Reliability, dependability, and self-motivation are essential.

- Guaranteed annual salary: $70,000-$90,000 based on experience and education.
