Litigation Attorney

ITS is working with a rapidly growing and highly successful law firm in Chicago, IL, seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney with 3 years of litigation experience to take the next step in their career with a firm that values excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Manage state and federal court appeals, ensuring strategic and effective representation.
• Represent clients in Client arbitration proceedings (experience preferred but not required).
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on litigation matters.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
  
  

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation.
• Strong legal drafting skills with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently.
• Experience handling state and federal court appeals.
• Familiarity with Client arbitration is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
