ITS is lookin for an experienced Process Engineer for rapidly growing manufacturer. The Program Engineer supports production operations by ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with engineering and customer specifications. Identifies issues, recommends improvements, and provides technical support. Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows and maintain production flow.

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock, addressing root causes.
- Audit workflows, review work instructions, and conduct time studies for optimization.
- Lead capacity planning and production outlook assessments.
- Prepare reports on production flow, inventory, and operational performance for leadership.
- Support production scheduling and KPI tracking.
- Evaluate packaging, labeling, and distribution processes for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production delays, material shortages, and equipment issues.
- Assist in program management activities, including risk analysis and milestone tracking.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities to align processes accordingly.
- Assess risks for new programs and develop countermeasures to ensure smooth launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, production control, or program management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement preferred.
- Safety: Promote and enforce safety standards and PPE compliance.
- Supervision: No direct reports.
- Travel: 20-30%, primarily for customer visits, plant audits, and program kick-offs.
