This Manager would oversee the production control department, managing pre-production planning and mass production. Ensures efficient processes for delivery, cost control, quality, and operations across North America. Collaborates with suppliers, sales, quality, engineering, and plant operations to meet company objectives.

- Analyze production KPIs, drive process improvements, and support program launches.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Prepare executive reports on profitability, project status, and supplier alignment.
- Enhance production flow, reduce waste, and improve lead times through process optimization.
- Maintain production schedules, inventory management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to align processes with business needs.
- Implement continuous improvement practices, including Lean and Obeya methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
