Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track and document risks, improvement opportunities, decisions, and strategy updates.
- Generate and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Assist with planning resource needs and timelines to support program success.
- Coordinate CIT kickoff meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Manage execution of complex IT projects or moderately complex IT programs using frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
- Promote continuous improvement, mentor team members, and ensure project transparency and value delivery.
- Supervise and guide sub-team project managers and ensure cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 6 years of combined IT and business experience, including project management.
- Project Management certification required (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with Jira and multiple project types (in-house, vendor-led, offshore).
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale IT programs and teams.
- Proven expertise with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
