Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is working with a manufacturing leader to find a Controller. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports
- Monitor budgets, internal control systems, and cost controls.
- Develop strategies for long-term financial health.
- Manage cash flow.
- Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards
- Manage and comply with reporting requirements for local, state and federal government.
- Develop internal controls
Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience with manufacturing processes and accounting.
- Experience with inventories and lean processes.
- Standard cost experience
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
- Working knowledge of tax regulations and compliance reporting.
- Experience in managing payroll
