Support a growing Information Technology Consulting and Managed IT, Help Desk, Network and Security Operations. Support ITSco customers using your analytical and technical support skills. This position is perfect for someone in or seeking to get into an agile, fast-growing, and professional company. This role is designed to help you grow, if desired, to supervisor and/or higher levels of IT subject matter expertise, systems, cloud administration, security and network engineering.
Required:
- IT aptitude and excellent analytical skills
- Service Orientation and Positive Attitude
- Motivated by learning new information and skills
- Strong Desire to be in IT Services Industry
- An inquisitive mind with the ability to research and solve problems
- Formal PC troubleshooting experience-1-5 years
- Personable and comfortable picking up the phone as needed
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work from home, as well as in offices
- Ability to take on-call rotations
- Aptitude and desire to learn new software
Nice to have:
- 1-2 years experience at a MSP
- ConnectWise RMM and Manage/PSA experience
- IT certifications
