Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
Must have an appreciation for the technology required to operate a business in today’s marketplace
Must have experience or involvement in any of the following: sales or customer service, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
Leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

This position offers a targeted annual compensation of $65,000 - $85,000 PLUS commissions!

Initial training and development will be managed by our leadership in Lynchburg, Virginia, with opportunities to build your own branch anywhere in the U.S. that you choose
In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills required to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new businesses, and develop your own team
