Job Description:
- $5000 Sign on bonus paid in the first 120 days
- Home Weekly
- Average of $70,000 annually
- Guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $1200
- Flatbed position
- 27% of load revenue compensation
- Paid orientation & training
- Top-of-the-line Peterbilt 579's averaging 1.5 years old
- 1 year class A OTR flatbed experience within the past 3 years (OTR-3 states or more)
Pay:

- CPM Breakdown Based on Tenure at Last Employer:
- $0.53 CPM: Less than 1 year
- $0.54 CPM: 1 year
- $0.55 CPM: 2 years
- Tenure Pay: Annual increase

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year OTR flatbed experience in 3 years (OTR-3 states or more)
- MUST have strapping, tarping, chains, and binders experience.
- Need experience in hauling more than one item including steel (coils or beams/pipes) (Example: lumber only would be a no go) .
- Need experience in some of the following:
Steel pipe/coils, tubing, beams, lumber, sheet rock, building materials, plastic or pvc pipe. - Will CONSIDER local experience if it's all been flatbed.
- Experience must be with tractor trailer, trailer 48 foot or longer
- We do not count log trailer as flatbed exp.
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL license
- Must be able to pass all DOT requirements
