Printing bindery and 2nd digital pressman

IVG is a produce on demand facility specializing in digital printing including die cutting and bindery, wide format printing, embroidery, DTF decorating, screen printing and fulfillment. We are located in Holland, MI and Macon, GA serving national clients.

Position Purpose
To perform bindery function on digitally printed materials and learn to operate our digital press.

Essential Functions

1. Trim, fold, die cut, laminate, pad glue printed jobs and pack for shipping

2. Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

3. Be trained to run our digital presses.
4. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, print requests, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current.
5. Participate in training activities, committee or other special assignments as requested.
6. Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by the Plant Manager

Position Requirements

 This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast-paced printing bindery department.

 Some Knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs (Mac & PC) used in graphics design and production. Skilled in use of desktop publishing, design layout, form creation, Photoshop and Illustrator software.

 High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits.

Full time hourly position of 40 hours or more per week.
Paid Holidays after 60 days of continuous employment
Minimum of $20 to start with reviews after 90 days and yearly thereafter.
1 day of PTO for every month employed up to 10 days per year.
