Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Administer injections and perform specimen collection processing as required.
• Provide pain management strategies and education to patients.
• Utilize knowledge of physiology to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage cases effectively, ensuring appropriate utilization of resources.
• Provide care for toddlers as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique during all clinical procedures to prevent infection.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Experience in pain management, gastroenterology, or related fields preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and medical principles.
• Proficient in specimen collection processing and administration of injections.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in case management or utilization management is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
