- Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and best practices in computer networking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field with a strong understanding of computer networking principles.
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting across various operating systems, particularly Windows.
- Familiarity with VPN technologies and their implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network ) are a plus but not mandatory.
