Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Maintain and optimize the CEO's calendar, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate all meetings, prioritizing essential engagements and minimizing disruptions.
- Schedule all travel, accommodations, and logistics, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Ensure all events, personal commitments, and business activities are balanced effectively.
- Audit and confirm all calendar invitations weekly, ensuring no missed details.

Offer Details
This is a full-time, employee position with preference given to candidates in the Miami area
Pay is between $70,000 and $90,000 / year commensurate with experience.
Benefits include a healthcare stipend, computer, phone, and unlimited PTO.
