About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MLOps Engineering Manager to lead the development and growth of our new MLOps team. This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class MLOps function from the ground up and play a critical role in driving the success of our AI / ML initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for defining the MLOps vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with data science, data engineering, and product teams.
What you will do :
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing MLOps team, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Define and implement the organization's MLOps strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and AI / ML initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the MLOps function.
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure MLOps platform leveraging cloud technologies.
- Optimize infrastructure costs and performance.
