What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst, GTM Planning & Analytics position at Integration Appliance, Inc.?
Reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations, the Senior Analyst, GTM Planning and Analytics will be responsible for running the planning process and supporting the GTM team with analytical insights.
The GTM Operations team focuses on managing, implementing, and optimizing GTM systems, process, and data. We own the GTM operations strategy, framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, and security.
What you'll do :
- Build a center of excellence (COE) around metrics and KPI reporting, and delivery of actionable insights for the GTM organizations.
- Drive in-depth business performance analysis and narrative development for Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth.
- Facilitate inspection of pipe generation efforts at every level of the Sales organization by delivering clear targets, instrumentation, and ensuring an effective leadership operating rhythm.
- Orchestrate many aspects of annual Go-To-Market planning.
- Support the business and executive team on ad-hoc strategic questions and initiatives.
