We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UKG Architect with expertise in Timekeeping and Scheduling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions, particularly in the areas of workforce management, timekeeping, and scheduling. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing UKG solutions to meet the needs of our organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and improving overall workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
Architect, design, and implement UKG solutions with a focus on Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and configure UKG solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
System Integration:
Integrate UKG solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, Payroll, ERP) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Work with IT teams to ensure proper integration and data integrity across systems.
Optimization and Support:
Continuously monitor and optimize UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to UKG systems.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure that UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling solutions comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Develop and maintain accurate reporting and analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators on UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with UKG (Kronos) solutions, with a focus on Timekeeping and Scheduling.
Proven experience in designing and implementing UKG solutions in a complex organizational environment.
Strong understanding of workforce management principles and labor regulations.
