Program Support Specialist

Overview

i3 is pursuing the Missile Defense Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) competitive effort. The mission is to design and implement a Missile Defense System with multiple layers of protection. We are currently reviewing candidate resumes for junior to senior level Program Support Specialists in the Huntsville, AL area. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial, property, and acquisition support and/or solutions for contract and business matters.
• Assists with analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required.
• May analyze program activities, such as acquisition or program planning, program “should cost” analyses, financial management, cost analysis, and other tasks related to contract deliverables.
• May develop, gather, and organize program related information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 0-11 years of experience required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Knowledge of office administration and procedures.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
