πΉ About the Role
Weβre looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven MSP/VMS experience and a strong track record in staffing sales across verticals like IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, and Professional Services.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
πΉ Hunting & New Client Acquisition
- Identify and close new business with mid-to-large enterprise clients and MSP/VMS programs
- Develop strategic sales plans and lead generation activities (calls, emails, social selling, events)
πΉ MSP & VMS Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with MSP program managers and VMS stakeholders
- Optimize performance and fill rates within the MSP ecosystem
πΉ Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain pipeline and reporting through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn)
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and status reports
πΉ Internal Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with recruiting/delivery teams to meet client needs
- Share market trends and competitive intelligence
β Qualifications
- 3β7 years in staffing sales (minimum 2 years in MSP/VMS environments)
- Strong ability to hunt, pitch, and close new accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in independent and team-driven settings
β¨ Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with MSP programs or enterprise accounts
- Experience in multiple verticals
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools
