Responsibilities :
Calibration : Perform calibration on various instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Routine Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on GMP equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, calibration results, and equipment performance for regulatory compliance and future reference.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues with machinery, tools, or instruments to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Coordinate and interact with suppliers / vendors for work and materials as it pertains to support activities within the facility.
Review supplier documentation to ensure it meets quality standards and conforms to local guidance.
Qualifications :
Education : HS Diploma required
1-3 year's relevant experience
Experience in a regulated cGMP environment is beneficial.
Previous experience in maintenance, calibration, or a related technical field is beneficial.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report maintenance issues
Good documentation skills to ensure compliance with GMP requirements-cultural team.
