📍 Location: Fairfield, OH 45014
⏳ Duration: Direct Hire
💰 Pay Rate: $20-25/hr Benefits
🕗 Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
What You’ll Do:
As an Electrical Technician, you will:
✅ Test, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair printed circuit boards & uninterrupted power sources
✅ Perform lead-free soldering/desoldering (surface & through-hole soldering)
✅ Diagnose and bench test components, including engineering changes
✅ Maintain accurate records in InTouch, Quasar, Stars, Siebel, and Oracle
✅ Conduct electrical experiments and recommend design/product improvements
What You Bring:
🎓 Education: Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent
📅 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related role
🔹 Skills & Knowledge:
✔️ Proficient in using multimeters & digital scopes
✔️ Advanced soldering & desoldering skills
✔️ Strong troubleshooting abilities & ability to read schematics
✔️ Proficiency in computers & software applications
