Job Title: HR Representative
Duration: 12 Months
Job Location: College Corner Rd, Oxford, OH, 45056
Pay Rate: 30.00 USD per hour on W2
Shift Timing: Friday-Sunday 6 am - 6:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate tracking to ensure completion of job-specific training.
• Hands-on partnership with Production Supervisor to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, issue attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaints.
• Contribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by checking in employees, accurately scheduling employees according to the plant’s collective bargaining agreement
• Report on HR metrics as needed.
• Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, employment data, etc.
• Support plant projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience in a Human Resources environment, preferred but not required
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
• Proven strong ability to use independent critical thinking and decision making
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and needs of the business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Passion about your work
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills – primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
