Information Technology Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to coordinate our Supply Chain Smart Planning transformation initiatives. This role involves driving and coordinating the planning and execution of innovative projects aimed at enhancing our planning processes and tools in Demand, Supply, Production Scheduling, Deployment, and Materials/Resource Planning. The candidate will work with cross functional teams and business partners to ensure that all the projects are successfully executed and delivered on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee project management plans to deliver all stages of Supply Chain Planning transformation projects. Be accountable for project deliverables, timelines, resource validation, action plans and risk management of the projects.
• Ensure effective collaboration between diverse groups involved in the projects (Global and Regional subject matter experts; Global and Regional IT; external system solution vendors, System Integrator consultants; Change Management organization, Super and End Users, …) by creating detailed action and communication plans, validating them and following up on their execution daily.
• Drive identification and removal of project roadblocks on a task level. Be autonomous in making coordination decisions and be accountable for timely project delivery. Develop risk mitigation solutions and provide timely risk assessment and escalations to the program management.
• Provide clear and accurate status on all levels: both in-depth task-oriented alignment for the project teams and high-level project overview for global and regional senior management. Create PM reports and presentations.
• Bring Project Management frameworks, industry standards, and best practices to the implementation process.
• Deliver the projects in in accordance with client values of Humanism, Openness, Proximity, and Enthusiasm. Openly highlight and address issues in a respectful and collaborative manner. Foster entire team expertise development and co-create positive and motivating work environment.
