What is the opportunity:
- The Visualization Coordinator is responsible for coordinating 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing collateral throughout the company.
- This role maintains the operational health of these requests in adherence to established budgets, policies, and procedures, and will ensure outputs and interactions align with company and client goals.
- This role performs quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, updates documentation, and tracks projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.
- Project coordination of 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites outsourced to third party vendors
- Review and proof initial artwork in the first and second review tiers
- Communicate with all project participants
- Perform administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services
- Optimize the team’s production processes to balance efficiency and quality, in collaboration with project participants
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years’ experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture Architectural Visualization, Art or Interior Design with 3 years’ experience
Salary : $25 - $28
