Quality Assurance Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Batesville, IN on a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday & Friday).
Job Summary:
- Lead CAPA management to drive continuous product quality improvements.
- Support Complaint Investigations & Root Cause Analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering & Manufacturing on quality acceptance criteria.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and corrective actions.
- Assist in audits, regulatory compliance, and QMS documentation.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of quality assurance initiatives, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years in quality or operations roles (regulated industry preferred).
- Hands-on CAPA experience & Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, Six Sigma, QMS, and quality methodologies.
- Experience with TrackWise, SAP, Agile is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
