- Train, support, and supervise a team of quality inspectors / testers.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Prioritize job flow into tests to ensure safe, quality products and prepare production reports regularly.
- Participate in Safety, (SPS), and ISO audits, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Analyze failures, develop root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints.

- Experience in reading and interpreting part drawings and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in creating Pareto charts and 8D reports.
