We're Hiring: Quality Assurance Engineer – Hybrid | Batesville, IN
Are you a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional looking to make an impact in a regulated industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer in Batesville, IN on a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday & Friday).
Position Highlights:
Contract: 9 months (possible extension)
Pay: $40-50/hour (W2, no benefits)
Schedule: 1st shift, Hybrid
Industry: Medical Device / Regulated Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CAPA management to drive continuous product quality improvements.
- Support Complaint Investigations & Root Cause Analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering & Manufacturing on quality acceptance criteria.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and corrective actions.
- Assist in audits, regulatory compliance, and QMS documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years in quality or operations roles (regulated industry preferred).
- Hands-on CAPA experience & Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, Six Sigma, QMS, and quality methodologies.
- Experience with TrackWise, SAP, Agile is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
