Job Title: RTMS Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RTMS Administrator and SME to join our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining RTMS models, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our production processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with SMEs at manufacturing, production planning, Facilities, and engineering automation team, and should be capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain RTMS models to optimize production scheduling and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing SMEs, production planning SMEs, Facilities, and Engineering automation team to ensure RTMS models meet operational needs.
• Provide technical expertise and support for RTMS software, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on RTMS functionalities and best practices.
• Define, monitor and analyze RTMS performance metrics based on intended use, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Document processes, procedures, and changes related to RTMS models and operations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in RTMS technology and recommend improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience with Emerson's RTMS software, including model creation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the production of Active Product Ingredients.
• Proficiency in data integration and real-time system updates.
Programming Skills:
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.
• Experience with JavaScript for developing web-based interfaces.
• Familiarity with MATLAB for advanced data analysis and modeling.
• Skills in C# or .NET for custom application development.
• Understanding of XML/JSON for data exchange and integration.
