Job Overview:
We are seeking a Workforce Transformation Consultant to help organizations evolve their workforce strategies in response to digitalization, automation, and changing business needs. This role focuses on designing future-ready workforce models, optimizing talent strategies, and driving organizational change to enhance agility, productivity, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current workforce structures, talent capabilities, and organizational culture to identify transformation opportunities.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies that integrate digital tools, automation, and AI-driven workforce planning.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions to new work models, including hybrid and remote workforces.
- Support HR and leadership teams in upskilling, reskilling, and future-proofing their workforce.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Drive talent optimization initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative talent solutions that enhance business performance.
- Provide advisory support on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies within workforce transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in workforce strategy, organizational change, HR consulting, or digital transformation.
- Technical & Soft Skills:
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
- Experience with HR tech, workforce analytics, and digital workplace solutions.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile transformation, design thinking, and future-of-work trends is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- SHRM-SCP / SPHR / CIPD Certification
- Agile or Lean Six Sigma Certification
Salary : $100 - $125
