Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time
Integrative Behavior Analysis has an immediate need for a BCBA to help lead our amazing team in Richmond Hill, GA. Integrative Behavior Analysis prides itself on its assent-based approach and integration of the Early Start Denver Model and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into our practice. We focus on altering the environment, not the child.
The BCBA will be responsible for bringing the JOY to our clinic and leading a team of 6-12 RBTs, QASP-S, and/or BCaBAs in clinic. The BCBA will be responsible for ensuring all clinical operations are running according to company policy and procedure. They will also provide ongoing clinical training to staff and work side by side with our director who oversees all aspects of the clinic. We are looking for an experienced BCBA who is reliable and consistent and possesses a positive attitude, exceptional time management skills, and a professional demeanor.
Duties:
- Meet a 25 hour billable requirement weekly
- Provide 10% supervision for assigned RBTs, 10% for QASP-S and/or BCaBAs
- Provide supervision hours for BCBA and QASP-S and/or BCaBA candidates
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with clinic staff to review cases and provide extra training and support
- Oversee the clinic curriculum
- Conduct clinical portions of the RBT, BCaBA, and/or QASP-S interviews
- Lead our early intervention program and assist with development as needed
- Assist with conducting quarterly reviews with staff
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, re-authorization reports, and discharge plans for clients as they are due
- Follow guidance and implement feedback as given by the Director
- Communicate with caregivers and conduct 1 hour/week of parent training for each assigned case
- Complete 2 hours/week of professional development
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
- Developing and modifying programming for assigned cases
- Delegating clinical duties to appropriate staff
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Current BCBA certification REQUIRED. Candidates must have 2 years or more of BCBA experience and at least 1 year of experience working in the clinic setting. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, valid BLS and/or CPR certification, and must be able to pass a background check.
