Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our integrated physical medicine office. The NP will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education, with a commitment to improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical exams.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within the scope of practice.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle interventions as appropriate.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a patient-focused approach

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
