What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Integrative Family Medicine of Asheville?
Seeking a seasoned front office receptionist with exemplary communication skills, extensive incoming/outgoing phone experience, and comfort regularly performing light clinical duties (taking vital signs, including on children & infants—training provided, as needed). We are a friendly, locally-owned Integrative medical clinic with a stable staff, and we are seeking a long-term fit for this role. Full-time position (40 hours/week) with benefits.
We are looking for an upbeat, dependable, team-player. We emphasize personalized care and excellent customer service for our patients. This is a forward facing position. Emotional intelligence, active listening, and clear communication skills are musts.

Schedule: Current clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional late days)
Location: River Arts District, Asheville, NC, with potential for staffing satellite clinics
Compensation: Living Wage Certified, the starting pay rate is $22.10/hour - $24.00/hour, depending on career experience and desired skillset met. This role is also eligible for quarterly bonuses.
