BECOMING OUR NEW PATIENT RECEPTIONIST
You'll typically work a flexible schedule that consists of:
- Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM
- Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM
- Half day on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM
Envision yourself as the friendly guide at our front desk, expertly handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless intake for new patients. You'll be the architect of marketing funnels, engaging new patients, and contributing to a symphony of exceptional experiences. Days will include check-ins and check-outs, rescheduling, orchestrating payment harmonies, and navigating insurance and benefits verification.
